Automotive Receptionist

Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge Inc is a leading automotive dealership, part of the esteemed VIP Automotive Group of Long Island. We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Receptionist to join our team.
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Interaction: Greet showroom customers, determine the nature of their visit, and provide basic demographic information using our dealership sales control system.
- Transaction Handling: Process transactions for services and parts, ensuring seamless customer satisfaction.
- Information Provision: Distribute brochures and other relevant information to customers.
- Customer Inquiry Resolution: Answer basic customer inquiries and refer more extensive inquiries to the appropriate person.
- Departmental Coordination: Direct customers to the correct department, notify salespersons of waiting customers, or introduce customers to salespersons.
- Telecommunications: Serve as a telephone operator.
- Clerical Support: Provide clerical backup as needed.
- Appearance and Organization: Maintain a professional appearance and ensure a well-organized workspace.
- Inventory Management: Stock vehicles into our CDK system.
- Key Management: Create key tags and enter keys into our system.
