Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by handling transactions for services and parts.
Key Responsibilities- Greet showroom customers and determine the nature of their visit.
- Obtain and record basic demographic information about each customer, using dealership sales control system.
- Hand out brochures and other information to customers.
- Answer basic customer inquiries. Refer more extensive inquiries to the appropriate person.
- Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate salesperson that a customer is waiting, or introduce the customer to a salesperson.
- Serve as telephone operator.
- Serve as clerical back-up.
- Maintain professional appearance.
- Stocking in cars into CDK.
- Creating key tags and entering in key.
