Job Summary

Avenues Recovery Center is a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehab centers seeking a highly skilled Admissions Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our admissions department, you will be responsible for conducting initial telephonic intake processes, performing verification of benefits, and coordinating with facilities to inform of upcoming admissions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct professional and efficient initial telephonic intake processes
  • Perform phone screenings with compassion and respect, providing encouragement to potential clients
  • Verify benefits immediately upon creation of a lead
  • Record all activity in Salesforce accurately and diligently
  • Coordinate with facilities to inform of upcoming admissions
  • Arrange transportation to facilities for future admissions, if necessary
  • Follow up on all open potential leads
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum 1 year period of sustained sobriety required if in recovery
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Dignified and compassionate character
  • Strong multitasking skills and sound judgment
