  • Scan, verify, and link titles to designated barcoded folders.
  • Organize and file folders within a secure repository.
  • Retrieve documents from the secured storage as needed.
  • Generate shipping labels and manage the dispatch of outgoing titles.
  • Operate and maintain mail processing machinery.
  • Ensure cleanliness and functionality of equipment.
  • Maintain an organized workspace.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Less than 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in typing and using a 10-key.
Physical Requirements:
  • Capability to sit, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently.
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs and maneuver up to 1200 lbs with a lift jack.
Work Environment:
  • Office setting with potential for elevated noise levels.
  • Shifts may vary between day and evening hours.

Drug Testing Policy

Candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening to be considered for this position. While marijuana testing is not conducted for this role, adherence to a drug-free workplace policy is strictly enforced.
