Job Summary:

As a Produce Stocker at Cub Foods, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have access to fresh, high-quality produce. Your primary responsibility will be to receive, stock, and face product, as well as assist customers with their shopping needs. You will work closely with the Produce Manager to maintain a clean and organized department, and ensure that all products are properly rotated and displayed. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work in a cold environment. Key Responsibilities:

* Receive and stock produce shipments, ensuring that all products are properly labeled and stored
* Face and rotate product to ensure that it is visually appealing and easily accessible to customers
* Assist customers with their shopping needs, including answering questions and providing product recommendations
* Work closely with the Produce Manager to maintain a clean and organized department, and ensure that all products are properly rotated and displayed
* Perform other duties as assigned, including cleaning and maintaining equipment, and assisting with inventory management

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of experience in a retail or food service environment preferred
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
