Job Summary:

As a Produce Stocker at Cub, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have access to the freshest produce possible. Your primary responsibilities will include stocking, rotating, and facing product, as well as cutting, sorting, and preparing produce for display. You will work closely with the Produce Manager to maintain a clean and organized department, and provide exceptional customer service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Stock, rotate, and face produce to ensure maximum freshness and visibility
Cut, sort, and prepare produce for display
Assist customers with finding products and answering questions
Maintain a clean and organized department, including sweeping and cleaning shelves and racks
Work closely with the Produce Manager to ensure department meets sales and customer service goals

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register
