We are seeking Patient Care Technicians for the following roles: Full-Time, Part-Time with Benefits, Per Diem, and Weekend Program (Saturday/Sunday, 12-hour shifts).

    • Non-Benefits Eligible: 2 out of 4 weekends per month
    • Benefits Eligible: 3 out of 4 and 4 out of 4 weekends per month

At Main Line Health, our Patient Care Technicians work across Day, Evening, and Night Shifts, with availability based on departmental requirements.

As a Patient Care Technician, you will collaborate closely with Nurses in your assigned unit. Your role in caring for patients is vital to enhancing the Patient Experience. Responsibilities include assisting patients with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, performing Accu-Cheks, conducting Phlebotomy, EKGs, and other nursing assistant duties.

Many of our Patient Care Technicians further their education through our Tuition Reimbursement Program, which offers up to $6,000 annually based on employment status and position.

What We Seek:

Experience:

Prior experience in patient service delivery is preferred.

Phlebotomy experience is also preferred.

Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Some college education is preferred.

Licenses & Certifications:

BLS Healthcare Provider certification is preferred upon hire and required before completing unit orientation.
