The Store Clerk plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. This position involves managing guest check-ins and check-outs, assisting with reservations, selling merchandise, and maintaining store operations while collaborating with park staff to deliver outstanding customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming guests and providing information about products and resort amenities both in person and over the phone.
  • Addressing customer inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism.
  • Generating reports and submitting maintenance requests to uphold resort efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with the Store Supervisor to ensure timely and professional communication regarding guest inquiries.
  • Processing payments and managing the cash register.
  • Restocking shelves and conducting thorough inventory counts.
  • Ensuring the store and equipment are clean and well-maintained, including tasks such as sweeping and dusting.
  • Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be necessary.
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • One to three years of experience in a retail environment.
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record and current auto insurance.
  • Familiarity with the RV industry is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
