Mechanical Assembly Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team at Wide Effect Talent Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, modify, test, and adjust custom mechanical assemblies using various techniques and referring to shop drawings and instructions.
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools is required.
- Perform tasks such as lifting up to 75 pounds, reading and understanding blueprints, drawings, and mechanical prints, and receiving verbal instructions on work to be performed.
- Fasten, align, and mount parts, components, and relays using hand and power tools, and route and terminate cables.
- Examine parts/components for damage and defects, and notify supervisor if found.
- Operate basic hand tools, saws, punches, grinders, and drills.
- Clean equipment, wipe clean, vacuum, or blow out metal chips and dirt, and perform work duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
