Spectrum Healthcare Resources is seeking a skilled Dentist to join our team at Ft Leonard Wood, Missouri. As a civilian Dentist, you will have the opportunity to work with a healthy, active-duty population, examining, diagnosing, and treating diseases, abnormalities, injuries, and dysfunctional disorders of the oral cavity and its associated structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examine and diagnose patients to determine the need for dental treatment
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address patient needs
- Perform dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, and crowns
- Prescribe medications as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
- Active state dental license
- Doctor of Medical in Dentistry (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) number to prescribe controlled substances
- At least one year of full-time experience in dentistry or recent graduate of an accredited post-graduate dentistry training program
