We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist (OB-GYN) to join our team at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our obstetric and gynecological patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care to obstetric and gynecological patients, including antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care.
- Assess and evaluate patients' conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide education to patients and families.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care and make decisions regarding patient care priorities.
- Lead patient care conferences, conduct classes, and provide orientation and on-the-job training to nursing and allied health personnel.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of unit programs and policies.
- Graduate degree in nursing from an accredited professional nursing educational program.
- Current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registration as a professional nurse from a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.
