Job Description:

As a Nurse Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Providing guidance and support to nursing staff members
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients and staff

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A current RN license in good standing
  • At least one year of experience as a supervisor in a healthcare setting
  • Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
