Nursing Operations Supervisor

As a Nursing Operations Supervisor at Genesis HealthCare, you will play a crucial role in leading nursing operations and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. This position requires collaboration with the Director of Nursing to maintain staffing levels and provide high-quality care while also being involved in staff recruitment and development.
Responsibilities:- Lead, guide, and direct clinical operations on assigned shifts
- Ensure compliance with Genesis policies and procedures, practice standards, and regulations
- Foster effective communication among team members and stakeholders
- Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, mentorship, and employee promotions, transfers, and terminations
- Current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing
- A minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience in long-term care nursing with one year in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity preferred
$42.50 per hour (pay target)
Location:Clovis, New Mexico
