Compensation:
$18 per hour plus a monthly performance-based bonus

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a Brand Ambassador – demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for our premium products, educating customers on the values of JBS Foods.
• Become a product and culinary specialist by fully engaging in our training sessions to provide excellent recipes and cooking tips.
• Ensure a butcher-friendly shopping experience by personalizing customer interactions.
• Assist customers during the checkout process, delivering a memorable experience.
• Perform stocking tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, rotating products, ordering, cleaning, and maintaining the store.
• Manage daily price adjustments and operate the cash register as needed.
• Process customer online orders and ensure timely product handout for deliveries.
• Be prepared to work in a cold environment, including handling shipments and conducting monthly inventory in our walk-in freezer.
• Carry out other related duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
• Capable of exerting up to 50 pounds of force.
• Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures, such as walk-in freezers.
• Ability to stand or walk for up to 8-10 hours.
• Frequent movement throughout the store to access various departments and products.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or food service is required.
• Work collaboratively as a team towards a common goal.
• Demonstrate determination and deliver exceptional results with urgency, effective time management, and prioritization.
