Childcare Technician

The Childcare Technician is a vital member of our team, responsible for providing high-quality care and education to preschool children. This role requires a strong commitment to creating a safe and engaging learning environment, while also ensuring the well-being and development of our young students.

• Develop and implement daily lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
• Provide individualized attention and support to children, promoting social, emotional, and cognitive growth
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and effective educational program
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field preferred
• At least six months of experience in childcare or a related field; experience working with young children and families a plus
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with diverse populations
