Job Role

This position requires an experienced Applications Engineering Lead to bridge the gap between our cutting-edge technology and customers' specific needs.

The successful candidate will lead a team of applications engineers to provide technical support, drive customer adoption, and ensure successful integration of our products into diverse applications.

  • The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, with experience in applications engineering or a similar role within the semiconductor industry.
  • A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is necessary.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership roles, with a proven track record of mentoring technical teams.

Key Accountabilities

Accountabilities include:

  • Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of applications engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Develop a deep understanding of Chipignite's products, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Customer Liaison: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Product Implementation: Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless product integration into customer systems.

Compensation Package

$140,000 - $200,000 per year, based on location and experience.
