About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Software Engineering Team Lead to drive the execution and delivery of features for our engineering teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with multi-functional teams, architects, product owners, and engineers to ensure successful project outcomes.

Your Impact
  • Drive critical decisions that attribute to the success of our product.
  • Proactively foresee and resolve issues before they happen.
  • Manage stand-ups as Scrum Master for engineering teams.
  • Partner with PO to align objectives, priorities, tradeoffs, and risk.
  • Ensure teams have clear priorities and adequate resources.
  • Empower delivery teams to self-coordinate.
  • Provide technical guidance, career development, and mentoring to team members.
  • Maintain high morale and motivate delivery teams to excel.
Requirements
  • A related technical degree is required.
  • 3+ years of proven track record leading software engineering teams on fast-paced projects.
  • Experience leading large-scale distributed systems, working with microservices and/or distributed architecture.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to be flexible, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal specifications.
  • Experience with short release cycles, full software lifecycle, and public-facing products.
  • Experience in hiring, mentoring, and leading engineers.
  • Working experience of software engineering best practices including coding standards, code reviews, SCM, CI, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Agile development methodologies experience, Scrum Master experience required.
Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $165,600 to $372,900 per year, depending on location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
