About the Opportunity

We are seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care
    • Diagnose and treat various medical conditions.
    • Develop and implement treatment plans.
    • Conduct medical examinations and histories.
  • Communication
    • Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
    • Provide clear medical information.
    • Foster a patient-centered approach to healthcare.
  • Documentation
    • Maintain patient records.
    • Document medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
    • Ensure coding and billing compliance.
  • Diagnostics Procedures
    • Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
    • Perform procedures as needed.
    • Collaborate with specialists.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and healthcare professionals.
    • Participate in team meetings and case discussions.
    • Provide consultative services.
  • Quality Improvement
    • Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
    • Analyze clinical outcomes for continuous improvement.
    • Implement changes to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Compliance
    • Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical practice.
    • Stay informed about healthcare regulations.
    • Participate in quality audits.
  • Continuous Learning
    • Stay current with medical advancements and best practices.
    • Participate in ongoing medical education and training.
    • Contribute to clinical protocols and guidelines.
    Qualifications
    • American Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine.
    • A valid and unrestricted Nebraska medical license or license-eligible.
    Pay Range$145.00 - $150 per hour.
