Job Title: IT Systems Analyst Specialist

BCforward is seeking a highly motivated IT Systems Analyst Specialist for an opportunity in Remote. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL and/or Access database skills, along with experience in State Fee Schedules. Knowledge of various reimbursement types is highly beneficial.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the requirements management efforts for projects, taking full ownership of the business analysis role throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Initiate and facilitate meetings and discussions to gather software requirements.
  • Work closely with project managers, requestors, operations, business representatives, IT teams, and clients to ensure comprehensive understanding of project requirements.
  • Produce detailed project requirements documentation, including written documents, process diagrams, report mock-ups, wireframes, and other materials as needed, adhering to standard templates.
  • Meet deadlines and manage work to ensure project timelines are adhered to.
  • Support the organization's quality programs.
  • Travel as required.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a computer science-related field.
  • Experience in multi-line claims management processes and system requirements is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of third-party administration and claims management business and technology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
