Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering medications accurately and providing direct care as needed, while working collaboratively with the care team to ensure the overall well-being and safety of the residents.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A base hourly rate, negotiable based on experience, with opportunities to earn over $20 per hour including shift differentials.
  • A generous benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability.
  • A weekend bonus program.
Key Responsibilities

As a Medication Technician/Care Partner, you will be responsible for:

  • Administering prescribed medications in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Providing direct care to residents, including taking vital signs and observing changes in resident health or medication reactions.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, as well as completing incident reports as necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A current DHS Medication Administration certification.
  • A high school diploma or CNA certification/equivalent education.
  • Diabetes Education certification (preferred).
