Job Summary

BBL Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our hotel guest rooms and public areas. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction through exceptional cleaning and maintenance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Preparation of Guest Rooms: Clean and prepare guest rooms for occupancy, adhering to company specified cleaning procedures and standards.
  • Supply Management: Maintain and stock carts with required supplies to adequately clean assigned rooms.
  • Room Attendant Daily Report: Complete the Room Attendant Daily Report, accurately identifying the status of each assigned room and reporting any maintenance problems or product shortages.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain security for guests and property by keeping room doors locked at all times, reporting any suspicious activity, and properly labeling lost and found articles.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper, such as delivering or returning on-loan equipment, vacuuming corridors, cleaning public or employee restrooms, washing windows, working in the laundry, checking rooms, or training other employees.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand, speak, hear, read, write, carry between 30-40 lbs., walk, lift, and carry, reach overhead, push, pull, bend, and walk stairs.
