Senior Resource Group is seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN/RN to join our team as a Senior Care Specialist. This is a part-time position working every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday, 6:00am - 2:00pm.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and caring LPN/RN to provide high-quality nursing services to our residents. As a Senior Care Specialist, you will be responsible for administering medications and treatments, monitoring resident responses, and providing care as needed. You will also supervise and direct resident assistants, perform resident assessments, and order and administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct resident assistants to ensure high-quality care is provided.
  • Perform resident assessments to identify individual needs and develop care plans.
  • Order and administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor resident responses to existing treatment plans and make adjustments as needed.
  • Provide residents with care as needed, including assistance with daily living activities.
  • Assist the Director of Assisted Living with staffing schedules and daily staffing issues.
  • Supervise Med Aides and Caregivers to ensure they are providing high-quality care.
Requirements:
  • Current LPN/RN license.
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in the health, human services, and/or community services field.
  • High degree of interpersonal relations skills and capability of relating to a variety of people and personalities.
  • Initiative, judgment, and leadership skills.
