Role Summary: The Senior Human Resources Consultant plays a pivotal role in delivering expert guidance on human resources best practices that align with the university's strategic objectives. This position is essential in ensuring that human capital is effectively managed to respond to both internal and external changes, enhancing workforce efficiency and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality consulting services that meet established standards for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in managing recruitment and selection processes, particularly for high-volume positions.
  • Support HR Consultants through performance management coaching and career development initiatives.
  • Act as a strategic partner to operational leadership, guiding success within your business area.
  • Collaborate with other Centers of Excellence to advance HR initiatives.

  • Advise on optimal workforce utilization and talent management strategies.
