Job Title: Project Manager

Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of renewable energy projects from acquisition to close-out. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams through all phases of project execution
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards
  • Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Monitor and report project progress, performance, and issues
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget
  • Manage project resources, including staff, equipment, and subcontractors
  • Ensure project deliverables meet client requirements and expectations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in solar or EPC construction industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Primavera, Timberline, and construction software
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints, technical procedures, and contracts
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
