Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Xperience XRG. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving drinks in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Order Taking: Take orders accurately and efficiently, using our point-of-sale system to ensure seamless service.
  • Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve drinks according to our recipes and standards, using high-quality ingredients and attention to detail.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure we always have what we need.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with our servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of mixology, including beer, wine, and spirits. Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
