Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team. As a Registered Nurse in the NICU, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of critically ill newborns and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and manage the physical and emotional needs of patients and families
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in neonatal care
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
  • Neonate Resuscitation certification
  • STABLE certification
  • Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma
