Job Overview

The Program Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of facilities management strategies at the site. This position combines process management and improvement to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the team. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with departments, managing projects and timelines, assisting with executive presentations, driving process improvement, and developing procedures and standards.

This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a focus on improving processes, implementing new technologies, and managing change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Management: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives for Operations. Drive and support projects to completion on time and within budget, resulting in improved operational efficiencies and enhanced team performance.
  • Process Improvement: Identify, analyze, and optimize existing operational processes to increase productivity and reduce costs. Implement process changes that lead to measurable improvements in quality, compliance, and overall operational effectiveness.
  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities. Provide actionable insights that lead to informed decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
  • Change Management: Support change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies. Achieve high levels of engagement and minimize resistance to change, leading to sustained improvements in operational performance.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Facilitate effective collaboration among external vendors, as well as internal departments including Janitorial, Shipping/Receiving, Café/Catering, and Events Planning. Ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives, resulting in cohesive strategies and improved inter-departmental coordination.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs on process improvement methodologies and tools. Empower team members with the skills and knowledge to drive continuous improvement, leading to a culture of innovation and operational excellence.

About You

  • You have 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or process improvement roles, preferably within a retail and/or apparel environment.
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are a plus.
  • You possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with large data sets and draw actionable insights.
  • You have experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • You can effectively manage cross-functional projects and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • You excel in communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • You are proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
  • You possess strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • You have experience with change management principles and practices.
