Job Summary

The Food and Beverage Server is a key member of our team at TPC Network, responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Serve Guests: Greet all arriving guests at assigned stations, making them feel welcome and at ease. Communicate menu specials and changes, answer questions, and take guest orders accurately.
  • Ensure a Clean and Organized Environment: Ensure that work stations are properly refilled at the beginning and end of every shift. Participate in the continuous cleaning and upkeep of all Food and Beverage areas.
  • Provide Excellent Service: Advise supervisors of any member/guest complaints, ensuring they are immediately and professionally resolved. Serve food and beverage items that meet strict standards, as outlined by the menu specifications work sheets.
  • Manage Cash and Credit Transactions: Maintain accountability of cash tips, ensuring no commingling with any cash bank. Handle and count cash, make accurate change, record credit cards from guests, and member charges, as prescribed by standard operating procedures.
  • Perform Administrative Tasks: Complete requisition forms for all supplies as needed. Use the proper garnishes, china, glassware, and flatware for all food and beverages.
  • Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Ensure compliance with operating guidelines as it relates to the R.A.M. or Tips programs, as well as operating within all State and Federal Laws, Rules, and regulations relating to Alcohol, Cigarette, and Tobacco Division.
  • Special Projects and Duties: Participate in special projects or other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and Skills: Thorough knowledge of food and beverage service procedures, acquired through a high school education or equivalent, plus one or two years of additional experience.
  • Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, kneel, use hands to handle or feel, and talk or hear. Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Working Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
