About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our team at FIS Global. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the scalability, high availability, performance, stability, and reliability of our software applications.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create proactive engineering mechanisms and ensure positive end-user experiences. Your expertise in DevOps, Azure Cloud Experience, scripting, and containerized platforms will be essential in building automations to simplify operations and processes.

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from building software solutions and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications to partnering with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures.

About the Team

Our team is responsible for building and maintaining the Banking Platform Services, which will serve as the base platform under which various business function microservices are architected. This will allow channel and core agnostic functionality to be available across FIS and is a centerpiece of our Digital transformation in building our next gen and future-ready platforms.

What You Will Need
  • DevOps, Azure Cloud Experience, Scripting (Shell, Python), Containerized platforms (Kubernetes)
  • Extensive CICD knowledge (Jenkins, Docker, Maven)
  • GITHUB as SCM, MongoDB, Oracle, Javascript

The pay range for this full-time position is $105,000 - $176,520.00, and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location.
