Position Overview:

As a Nursing Assistant Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive training journey that equips you with the essential skills needed to provide high-quality care to our residents. This entry-level role allows you to earn while you learn, guided by seasoned healthcare professionals. Your training will encompass classroom instruction, hands-on lab experiences, and clinical practice to prepare you for the Certified Nursing Assistant examination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in training sessions to understand healthcare protocols and procedures.
  • Acquire and practice fundamental nursing skills under the supervision of experienced staff.
  • Assist nursing personnel in delivering daily care to residents.
  • Support residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and grooming.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to promote the well-being of residents.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Nursing Assistant Trainee position, candidates should possess:
