About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Services team at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the operating room and post-anesthesia care unit.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient surgical procedures.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment that promotes excellent patient outcomes.

Requirements
  • A current state RN license and an associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
  • Two years of nursing experience, preferably in a surgical setting.
  • Current American Heart Association BLS certification and ACLS certification within six months of hire.
