About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Services team at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the operating room, utilizing your specialized skills and knowledge to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to develop and implement effective care plans, promoting patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting open communication and a culture of excellence.

Requirements
  • A current state RN license and an associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
  • Two years of nursing experience, preferably in a surgical setting.
  • Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
