Job Summary

UroGen seeks an experienced leader to drive Medical Affairs initiatives. This key role will leverage urologic expertise to inform business strategies and drive growth.

About the Opportunity
  • The successful candidate will develop and execute medical affairs plans that align with company objectives and cross-functional teams.
  • This role will collaborate closely with the Medical Science Liaison Team to enhance disease state and product knowledge.
  • Identifying and building relationships with key opinion leaders in urologic oncology is crucial for success.
  • The individual will provide operational and strategic leadership to execute medical affairs goals.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
  • A MD or DO degree with board certification in urology is required; fellowship in urologic oncology is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs, preferably within urology and oncology.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary.

Salary Range: $240,000-$260,000
