- Store Maintenance: Adhere to Scenthound sanitary and cleaning practices, keep the reception area clean and presentable, and perform other tasks as assigned by the Scenter Manager.
- Sales Experience: Confidence in selling services and products, ability to connect with customers, and provide outstanding customer service.
- Customer Service Experience: Ability to learn our products and services, speak to our values and culture as the basis for our services, and effectively communicate with team members and dog parents.
- Computer/Technology Proficiency: Ability to learn and use our software and systems to manage customer profiles and records.
- Reliable Transportation: Willingness to work in a smoke-free environment and have reliable transportation to and from work.
