Job Title: Program Manager

Cirrus Aircraft is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our team at our worldwide headquarters in Duluth, MN. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of customer-facing projects, working closely with cross-functional teams and multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead diverse, cross-functional teams to execute project phases using industry-standard tools and methodology.
  • Manage programs' scope, schedule, budget, product bill of materials cost, and product weight while fulfilling program requirements and objectives.
  • Develop and implement project management measurement techniques, such as CIP/SPI and Earned Value.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously using a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) methodology and project scheduling tools.
  • Coach and train team members to mentor various skill levels.
  • Track program-level budget, including project expense, revenue, and/or capitalization.
  • Travel up to 25% may be required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university, and 7 years of project management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • PMP certification preferred (required within 12 months)
  • Risk management experience required.
  • Strong skills in using schedule management software.
  • Experience in using visualization tools like Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI.
  • Supervisory experience required.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience working with financial modeling and business proposals preferred.
  • Continuous improvement experience preferred.
