Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment in the southeastern United States. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and gain valuable experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Treat patients with ionizing radiation, adhering to all regulatory guidelines and under the supervision of a Radiation Oncologist.
  • Monitor equipment parameters, document malfunctions, and understand emergency procedures.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and treatment schedules.
  • Input treatment and simulation charge information into Aria.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree from an AMA-approved school of Therapeutic Radiology or international equivalent.
  • ARRT registration or eligibility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to lift 35 pounds and perform physical tasks related to patient care.
