Burnetts Staffing is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on identifying, attracting, and interviewing candidates for various positions including waste management personnel, utility staff, and construction laborers. The selected individual will also be tasked with presenting qualified candidates to the management team and handling additional administrative responsibilities as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates through various channels.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate applicants for suitability.
- Collaborate with management to understand hiring needs.
- Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment.
- Proficiency in iCIMS is mandatory.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Indeed is also preferred.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
