Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Alliance Animal Health. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing patient flow, and maintaining the overall efficiency of our hospital.

Responsibilities
  • Greets and welcomes clients and patients, answering questions and triaging client concerns
  • Schedules appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow
  • Checks in and checks out clients and processes payments
  • Answers calls and emails, directing to the appropriate party for resolution
  • Maintains the visual appeal of the hospital reception area
Requirements
  • 1+ year of veterinary experience preferred
  • Compassionate, calm, team player, multi-tasker, and strong communicator
  • Highly organized and possess computer skills
  • Self-starter with a desire to continue to advance knowledge and skillset
