Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Music Instructor to join our team at Music and Arts Store 225. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching music lessons to students according to our curriculum, increasing student count, and nurturing our culture of integrity, inclusion, and musical passion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach students utilizing our Guitar Center Lessons Curriculum
  • Communicate with students or parents of students on progress of each student (where applicable)
  • Assist with customer service issues as needed, helping to maintain long-term students by creating a great experience
  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of work experience in Music, Education, or related field or Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to pass Music and Arts specific training and certifications
  • Skilled ability to demonstrate competency and proficiency in the area they will be teaching (Drums, Guitar, Keyboard)
