Software Engineer at Costco

Costco Wholesale is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop software applications using various programming languages and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
  • Participate in agile development methodologies and contribute to the development of high-quality software products.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and provide training to team members.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong background in object-oriented design and programming languages such as Java, ABAP, or C#.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
