About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer to join our team at Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. in a fast-paced environment that has the entrepreneurial feel of a start-up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build the operational scalability that sustains the platform's insane growth.
  • Support the development and management of Compute, Database, Storage, Internet of Things (Iot), Platform, and Productivity Apps services in AWS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud computing trends and technologies.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • 7+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience.
  • 7+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
