Yard Loader Operator

We are seeking a skilled Yard Loader Operator to join our team at Heidelberg Materials US, Inc. in Lake Bridgeport, TX. As a Yard Loader Operator, you will be responsible for efficiently controlling the raw materials and replenishment process, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and providing excellent customer service.

• Conduct daily pre- and post-shift safety inspections
• Load customer trucks in a safe and accurate manner
• Communicate with customer truck drivers to ensure quality service
• Responsible for lubrication of truck and performing minor repairs on equipment
• Other job duties as assigned

• Prefer high school diploma or general education (GED)
• Prefer two years of heavy equipment experience
• Open pit mining operations and aggregate products experience is a plus
• MSHA training a plus

This role requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, push, pull, twist, climb, balance, bend, kneel, reach, grasp, squat, and perform repetitive motions. The employee must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and work in confined spaces. The ability to wear respiratory and other personal protective equipment is also required.
