**Job Description**

As an Occupational Therapist at ProCare Therapy, you will play a vital role in helping patients improve or restore function in daily living activities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Direct Therapy Services: Provide direct occupational therapy services to help patients achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and maintain open communication with patients and their families.
  • Documentation and Progress Monitoring: Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans to inform future care decisions.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy: A degree from an accredited program in occupational therapy is required.
  • Valid OT License: A valid occupational therapist license in the state of Vermont is necessary.
  • Clinical Experience: Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, but new graduates are also welcome to apply.
