Talent Software Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled AI Strategist to lead the development and implementation of artificial intelligence strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
Position SummaryThis role will provide oversight and guidance for client agencies and other government entities for their use of AI. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, advising leadership, and implementing an AI program that meets the strategic goals of the organization.
Primary Responsibilities- Lead AI Strategy Development: Develop and implement AI strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- AI Validation and Approval: Establish a robust AI validation and approval process for use cases and vendors, ensuring compliance across the client.
- Standardized AI Processes: Drive the adoption of standardized AI processes.
- AI Center of Excellence: Establish and lead an AI center of excellence for the client, setting standards, providing training, and promoting best practices.
- AI Guidance: Provide guidance on AI direction, opportunities, and risks.
- AI Capability Evaluation: Evaluate both closed-source and open-source AI capabilities.
- AI Expertise: Develop and maintain a high level of expertise in AI and big data, positioning the organization as a leader.
- Prior Leadership Experience: Prior leadership role in AI and big data initiatives.
- AI Solution Evaluation: Proven experience with establishing proof of concept success criteria and evaluating AI solutions against criteria.
- Enterprise Coordination: Proven track record of cross-functional enterprise-level coordination.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical skills with hands-on experience in AI tools and platforms.
- Programming Languages: Background in a variety of programming languages and principles.
- Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, and AI.
- Algorithms: Familiarity with the foundations of prevalent algorithms, including NNS, transformers, classification for natural language, image, and time series data.
- Data Tools: Experience with data tools and techniques for storing, retrieving, and cleaning data.
- Market Knowledge: Advanced market knowledge with a proven methodology to determine emerging trends and enterprise response plans.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.
- Executive Briefings: Proven experience with executive briefings, presentations, and other relevant public speaking.
- Advanced Degree: Advanced degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
- Government Experience: Previous experience with government or large organizations.
