Position Overview:

This role entails providing essential language assistance between our manufacturing facilities in the United States and China, ensuring seamless communication and understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate fluency in both English and Chinese, ensuring precise and clear translations.
  • Offer comprehensive Chinese support services, including transcription and interpretation.
  • Incorporate cultural and contextual nuances into all translations and interpretations.
  • Monitor and follow up on significant projects, facilitating the timely completion of reports.
  • Conduct document analysis and research to extract critical information from foreign language materials.
  • Support daily operations and recommend improvements for enhanced efficiency.
  • Exhibit a strong interest in pursuing a career within the manufacturing sector.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Full proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Educational background equivalent to a bachelor's degree.
  • Detail-oriented multitasker with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Work Environment:

  • This position may involve exposure to various environmental conditions, including noise and temperature variations.
  • Physical demands include the ability to sit and walk for extended periods.
