Artistic Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Artistic Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our artistic operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our concerts and events.
Key Responsibilities- Manage concert production workflow, including report preparation and monitoring of expenses
- Ensure a safe and professional environment for musicians at all services in compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreement
- Oversee all artist services, including contracts, riders, and itineraries
- Manage venue rentals, site visits, and quotes
- Coordinate and manage concert-related parking needs of artists and staff
- Supervise load out and guarantee venue is returned as found
- Minimum of three years of experience in concert production
- Team leadership and stage management experience
- Background in music, theatre, or dance
- Familiarity with AFM and IATSE
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Comfortable working with high-profile talent and demanding personalities
- Experience drafting and negotiating contracts
