We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Rainbow International Restoration. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for various carpentry techniques, including layout, installation, repairing, finishing, and maintaining structures, fixtures, and buildings. Your duties will include designing, cutting, and measuring materials according to client requirements. A successful applicant should be hardworking, reliable, and possess good communication and organizational skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Perform tasks on all areas and aspects of construction projects
  • Coordinate with Project Manager for material needed to complete work
  • Lay-out, measure, plan, and execute work activities
  • Typical types of work will include wood framing, drywall hanging and taping, hanging doors, demolition, siding, interior and exterior trim work, and cabinet installation
  • May be asked to do material take-offs to assist with estimating and material ordering

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must have completed an apprenticeship in carpentry or have 3-years equivalent experience in the field
  • Must demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to work as a member of a team
