Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Airport Firefighter to join our team at Global Medical Response Inc. As a key member of our emergency response team, you will be responsible for providing fire protection and emergency medical services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to emergency fire alarms and provide fire suppression duties
  • Perform emergency medical procedures, including patient evaluation and treatment
  • Operate various pieces of fire equipment and gear, including fire apparatus and rescue vehicles
  • Conduct daily and weekly vehicle and equipment inspections
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain certifications and stay up-to-date with industry best practices
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • State-issued certifications as a Firefighter I, Hazardous Materials-Operations, and EMT-B
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work any assigned shift, including nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Available to work overtime as assigned and as needed on an emergency basis
