Job Overview

RedTrace Technologies Inc is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Threat Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Cyber Intelligence Centre, you will play a critical role in producing threat intelligence reporting to support our internal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis of cyber threats, including espionage, hacktivism, cybercrime, and nation-state actors.
  • Produce a variety of intelligence reporting, from technical audiences to executive-level briefs.
  • Analyze external data from various sources to build threat actor profiles and track their activities.
  • Collaborate with the Threat Intelligence team on emerging threats and cyber threat actor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver intelligence briefs to various audiences.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in cyber threat intelligence or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as cybersecurity, computer science, or communications.
  • Certifications, such as CompTIA or GIAC, are a plus.
  • Mature understanding of the threat landscape, particularly in the energy industry.
  • Experience with structured analytic techniques, such as analysis of competing hypotheses.
  • Strong critical thinking and reasoning skills, with the ability to research and analyze complex information.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to produce concise and well-reasoned reports.
  • Ability to research using Kusto Query Language, Splunk indexes, or similar tools.
  • Ability to apply artificial intelligence tools, such as Microsoft CoPilot, to your work.
