Position Purpose
Accountable for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at gaming machines, table games, and in Casino lounges.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Receive drink orders; serve beverages and process payments.
  • Always provide change back to customers accurately.
  • Verify identification from patrons when age is in question.
  • Stay informed on special promotions and drink pricing during Happy Hour and regular hours.
  • Provide customers with information about upcoming events, including entertainment and promotions.
  • Be familiar with section/zone designations throughout the Casino.
  • While serving drinks and/or monitoring your assigned area, collect any used bar glasses/cups and return them to the bar.
  • Light and extinguish candles in lounge areas and assist with cleaning during closing.
  • Report issues to the Lounge Supervisor or Manager.
  • Maintain a polite demeanor and professional appearance at all times.
  • Document and report any suspicious activity as defined by the Bank Secrecy Act (Title 31) and Feather Falls Casino Internal control policy Suspicious Activity Compliance Program.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
Education Level - High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Experience - Minimum 2 years' experience in a related field.

Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other employees.

Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.

Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions while providing optimum guest service.

Class B Gaming License (As provided for a nominal fee with a clean background check)
